- 2 tablespoons kosher or coarse salt

- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves (dried)
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
